Staff Accountant Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for 3 way matching in AS 400 and process accounts payable for payment

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in accounting – working on Bachelor’s degree in accounting a plus.
  • Five yrs. experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Payroll, Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint; AS400 a plus.

Production Supervisor

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced production supervisor to join our team.

The Production Supervisor will work directly with the production employees, maintenance / tool & die set personnel and the management team to ensure the successful production of the customer’s part per the customer’s requirements. The supervisor will interface with the hourly workforce to develop a team atmosphere while insuring that company policies, procedures and regulations are consistently upheld.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in the establishing capital needs, developing project timing, reviewing employees’ performance, employee involvement and appropriate communications relating to employee concerns.

Responsibilites:

  • Support and enforce with consistency the plant safety process and rules, and Toledo Molding & Die policies and procedures. Administer corrective action when necessary.
  • Provide leadership and direction to production employees by actively working with and effectively communicating to ensure quality product.
  • Maintain production requirements while minimizing scrap levels.

Production Superintendent

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Superintendent to join our team at our plant in Beloit, WI.

This position is responsible for manufacturing functions related to assigned current products and new products. Position reports directly to the Production Manager.

The primary responsibilities will be to work with direct reports to establish individual employee goals, departmental objectives and key operating objectives, set department procedures and policies, ensure appropriate resources are allocated to projects and maintain daily production.

Production Superintendent Job Functions:

  • Support and enforce plant safety rules and Toledo Molding & Die policies and procedures consistently.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Production Supervisors and Technicians.
  • Determine departmental procedures and policies.
  • Establish and track Production Department objectives.
  • As a business leader, support root cause analysis and proper resolution to conflict.

Maintenance Technician

We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician at its Bowling Green, Ohio facility.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:
•5+ years of manufacturing and facilities maintenance, preferably in automotive parts manufacturing and/or blow molding required
•Must have basic experience in programming/troubleshooting A-B PLC controlled systems
•Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair in the following areas: electrical/electronic systems, and pneumatics
•Strong background in hydraulic systems repair/troubleshooting is required
•Must be able to work 12-hour day shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)

Maintenance Technician

Tool & Die Maker

We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our team in Wisconsin. Toledo Molding and Die will be supplying the Fiat-Chrysler assembly Plant in Belvidere, Illinois.

The successful candidate must be capable of reading and analyzing blue prints or sketches in order to maintain/repair injection molds, design and fabricate gages, jigs and fixtures. Must be experienced in new mold startup, sampling, troubleshooting, optimizing cycles and be experienced with a wide range of molding machines (150 – 3500 ton presses). The successful candidate shall maintain an understanding of current technology as related to job responsibilities. Good communication skills are a must.

Quality Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to join our team at our plant in Fayetteville, TN.

The Quality Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the overall development and administration of Quality resources within the plant. Through input from customer, supplier, Division, and plant staff, the Quality Manager will allocate manpower resources to project teams and programs.

The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and reviewing process controls, emphasizing customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and waste reduction. Measurement systems and inspection techniques are to be developed and maintained to advance Quality Department goals and objectives in support of plant goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and track Quality department goals and objectives
  • Determine Quality department standards, practices, and procedures
  • Establish and maintain product Quality Standards
  • Track external customer Quality issues, e.g. concerns, rejections, PPM, and 8D problem solving
  • Track internal customer Quality issues, e.g. Rejection Tags and Process Alerts

Process Technician

The Process Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for all aspects of production. Responsibility for new products begins with the first production build via customer production releases.

The primary responsibilities will be to troubleshoot injection and blow molding process and make adjustments to the process to increase overall quality and productivity goals as established thereby obtaining optimum productivity and quality levels while complying with customer specifications.

In addition, the Process Technician will assist in achieving product target cost; improve efficiency, identifying possible production problems for existing products. Monitor the input and output variables of the process, including advanced product inspection, optimizing product and process quality consistent with the company’s Total Quality Systems, procedures and customer requirements.

Job Functions

  • Provide support for all pre-production builds requiring components and/or services from the manufacturing site.
  • Assist with training of both technical and production in processing standards.

  • Assure that production schedules are met. Act with a high sense of urgency, in particular with respect to customer needs.
  • Achieve project expectation and requirements for all elements of PPAP, TS16949 and ISO 14000.
  • Weekly program status reports (i.e., performance, open items, corrective action plans, etc.).
  • Maintain technical log for product/processes assigned, as required.
  • Maintain records for primary tools (molds) and selected secondary equipment.
  • Troubleshoot injection molding process and correct where deviant. Adjust closed-loop process control systems where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot robotic unloading; provide enhancements to increase robot system efficiency and performance.
  • Enhance the process to increase cycle efficiency, press performance, tool performance, operator performance, and material performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues with secondary equipment (post molding assembly)
  • Provide technical instructions to maintain part stability.
  • Provide detailed and structured documentation of process corrections and enhancements as required and/or assigned.
  • Measure outputs and evaluate process control and capability.
  • Troubleshoot out of control conditions, machine deficiencies and product non-conformities.
  • Responsible for new mold start up, sampling, process trouble shooting, optimizing cycles and set-ups as well as performing molding and machine safety checks.

Maintenance Technician

We are currently hiring an experienced maintenance technician in Jefferson, OH.

The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety and productive maintenance systems and processes to support business goals and objectives.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
  • Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situation to proper supervision.
  • Must be able to work 3rd shift (11:30 pm – 07:30 am). Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in industrial maintenance a plus.
  • 4 years of experience in manufacturing environment; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC.
